Pro: We had an amazing experience at the Rum Inn. From the moment we arrived, Bea and Jay made us feel incredibly welcome. Their kindness and care for their guests was apparent throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower. The location in Calheta was perfect, close to the sea and with plenty of sunshine. We also loved the coffee place under the room, where we enjoyed delicious coffee, poncha, and cakes. a fantastic stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming inn in Calheta, offering a true pirate hideout experience. The warm welcome from the hosts, Henry and Beatriz, made me feel right at home. The location, just steps from the sea and a beautiful beach, was perfect for enjoying the stunning views and exploring the western part of the island. The spacious room was well-equipped and the bathroom was clean. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the rum bar in the morning. I highly recommend this inn for its great value, friendly hosts, and convenient location.

The downstairs cafe was closed during my stay, which was a disappointment. It would have been nice to have a place to grab a quick bite or a drink without having to venture far.

We loved our stay at The Rum Inn! The apartment was amazing, equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle for making tea and coffee. The cafe/bar in the same building was a fantastic bonus. We enjoyed ordering breakfast there with their delicious homemade cakes/food, and in the evenings, we would relax with a drink. The staff at the cafe were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city beach and shops. The rooms were clean, bright, and modern, with clean and modern bathrooms. The hosts were always kind and ready to assist us. It was a pleasure to sit outside in the square and enjoy the warm evenings.

I had a fantastic time at The Rum Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price for the spacious, modern room was incredibly low. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the supermarket, beach, and harbour. The ocean view from our room was stunning, and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable, and the option to hire towels for the beach was convenient. The owners were welcoming and funny, and the food and drinks from the rum bar were delicious. excellent value for money.

The highlight, however, was the café/bar located in the same building. The staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the homemade cakes and food were delicious. Being so close to the city beach and shops was also a major plus. the experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend staying at the Rum Inn.
